Who requires Permanent / Temporary Residency service?
Temporary Resident Visa is for people who wish to live in Mexico for over 180 days but not longer than four years. The Temporary Resident visa is for 1 year, and is renewed for 1 to 3 years. After four years maximum, you must apply for a Permanent Residence Visa if you wish to stay in Mexico.
What is the difference between permanent resident and temporary resident?

How long can I live in Mexico without a visa?
